Using this site
This website is operated by Morgan Ellis, a licensed Arizona REALTOR® (License #SA654321000) with Sonoran Peak Realty. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
No agency relationship until it's in writing
Submitting the contact form, chatting with the widget, or calling does not create a brokerage or agency relationship. That relationship begins only when both parties sign a written representation agreement.

The chat widget
The chat assistant returns pre-written answers to common questions. It is not a live agent and its answers are general information, not advice about your specific transaction.
Paid strategy sessions
Where offered, the $150 strategy session is a one-time consulting fee processed by our payment provider. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. The fee is credited against commission if you go on to list with Morgan.
Fair housing
We follow all federal, state, and local fair housing laws and serve all clients without discrimination.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
