How do I get started?
Send a quick note or call. We'll talk for 15 minutes about your timeline, your budget, and what you want out of the move. No commitment, no pitch.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Constantly — it's one of my favorite parts of the job. I'll walk you through pre-approval, offers, inspections, and closing in plain language, at whatever pace you need.
What are your fees?
Commission is agreed in writing before we start, and it's negotiable. For sellers it comes out of the sale proceeds; for buyers we'll go over exactly who pays what before you tour a single home.
Do you help with relocation?
Yes. I do neighborhood tours by video for out-of-state clients, coordinate with your employer's relocation program, and can line up movers, lenders and contractors here in the Valley.
How fast can we close?
Cash offers can close in about two weeks. Financed purchases typically run 30–35 days. My listings average 18 days on market before going under contract.
