What we collect

When you use the contact form or the chat widget on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), whether you are buying, selling or just looking, and any message you write. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address for a short period so that automated bots cannot flood the form. We never store your raw IP address.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to send a single automated acknowledgement email confirming we received your message, and to keep a record of our conversation in our real estate CRM. Your details are shared only with the service providers that make this possible: our email delivery provider, our automation provider, and our CRM. They act on our instructions.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics cookies are set until you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised page views and a conversion event when the contact form is submitted. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded. Your language choice is remembered for your browsing session only.

Text messages and calls

If you call or text the number on this site, standard carrier rates apply and your phone number becomes part of your contact record. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

How long we keep it

Lead records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Arizona real estate record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
